Money
Empowerment in Business Transactions
This Business Symposium with Lu is functional- and fun. Utilizing a holistic approach to money and business
finances, we take a look at our relationship with money and the many ways
that our attitudes and beliefs about money can challenge our successful business
operations. Then we will
put our own creativity to work and, in small groups,
create mini-skits to illustrate both the disempowered and the empowered
approaches we might take to a variety of business situations, We'll focus our
work on the challenges of pricing, negotiations, contracting, financing
arrangements, taxes, and record keeping. Have fun with this money stuff
and still "get it" on a deeper level than before. Many resources will
be shared for your use in pursuing Money Empowerment in your life.

for a fun time getting "out of the
Rat Race!" This educational simulation board game, developed by Robert Kiyosaki,
"Rich Dad, Poor Dad" author, will awaken your financial genius. No preparation necessary. Family groups are
encouraged. Enjoy a lively game of CashFlow. After
getting acquainted with one another and reviewing some basic CashFlow game
rules, we’ll get right into the exciting financial world of buying, selling,

increase your financial intelligence. By “playing” with three or four other
people, you learn about investing, buying real estate, and making sound
financial decisions. You will examine your current money strategies and whether

with Lu in your home or backyard. This educational simulation board game developed by Robert
Kiyosaki, "Rich

your chance for true financial freedom while providing hours of interactive enjoyment:
-
What a great way to spend an afternoon or evening with friends and family!

Are your children home
from college?
-
Wouldn't it be great to
introduce young people to smart money attitudes and techniques before they develop the bad habits our society is pushing
on them?
-
Playing together is a fun, relaxing way to bridge
the generation gap and stimulate the flow of wisdom.
Lu would be happy to bring CashFlow to your location for a
"private game" with your own family, friends and neighbors. It’s
easy to add the fun and excitement of CashFlow to your family’s reunion or
neighborhood gathering. Give a call and let Lu take care of it! You'll
all enjoy a fun-filled, hassle-free adventure.

SMALL BUSINESS
|
|
Minding Your Own Business
Reach for financial independence through your own business. As a
self-employed individual, or small business owner, do you aspire to "just
pay the bills" or to have more than enough cash flow? Does a good year
find you worrying more about taxes than celebrating your success? Have you
been paying yourself first or last? Is your retirement saving plan on track?
First, we’ll define for ourselves what we envision as our "Financial
Independence". We will then examine our expectations for business profitability, highlight oft-overlooked tax deductions, examine some
cost-cutting options, and practice calculating where we are on the path to
our
financial independence.
